Les yeux peuvent présenter de légers défauts d'origine, indépendants de ma volonté.
Il s'agit de défauts de fabrication, visibles par exemple par une pupille légèrement décentrée, une forme moins ronde ou un aspect irrégulier, comme mal découpé.
Je n’ai jamais rencontré ce type de problème auparavant, et malheureusement je n’ai pas pu être remboursée sur cette commande. Je n’ai pas d’autres fournisseurs à ce jour et je me retrouve avec 200 unités.
J’ai déjà écarté plus des trois quarts des yeux reçus, ne gardant que ceux présentant les défauts les plus discrets. Le prix tient compte de ces imperfections. Merci de votre compréhension.

These are manufacturing defects, visible for example by a slightly off-center pupil, a less rounded shape, or an irregular appearance, as if poorly cut.
I have never encountered this type of problem before, and unfortunately I was unable to obtain a refund for this order. I currently have no other suppliers, and I am left with 200 units.
I have already discarded more than three-quarters of the eyes received, keeping only those with the most subtle defects. Nevertheless, I am forced to offer these remaining models.
The price takes these imperfections into account.
