After receiving the invoice, payment must be sent within one hour max. Important Information • Dolls cannot be reserved. • Payment must be completed within one hour max. after receiving your invoice (sent in the second email). If the first buyer does not respond or does not complete the payment within the time limit, the doll will be offered to the next person. The first buyer may also lose access to future sales. They will be informed beforehand that the transaction has been cancelled. I ship worldwide from France via Colissimo tracked + signature, with insurance included. I do not under-declare packages for non-EU destinations. Shipping takes 3–14 days, and you will receive your tracking number by email once sent. No returns accepted.
