Sales are generally announced 24 hours in advance on Instagram and on the website : www.polkadollsfabrics.com
On the day of the sale, simply go to www.polkadollsfabrics.com
If you are interested in adopting a doll:
Click the “I want to adopt” button, this will take you to a form. |
Fill in the required fields. |

When the time comes, click “SEND” to submit your message. |
And… that’s it!
The first email I receive wins the doll.
If your email is the first one to arrive, you will receive a message titled “Congratulations!” letting you know that you’ve secured the purchase.
A second message will follow with the invoice and payment instructions. The invoice will be filled out based on the information you provided in the form.
After receiving the invoice, payment must be sent within one hour max.
Important Information
Dolls cannot be reserved.
Payment must be completed within one hour max. after receiving your invoice (sent in the second email).
If the first buyer does not respond or does not complete the payment within the time limit, the doll will be offered to the next person. The first buyer may also lose access to future sales. They will be informed beforehand that the transaction has been cancelled.
If you know that you will be unavailable at the time of the sale (appointment, travel, etc.), please let me know (via email or Instagram) or ask someone to notify me.

No card payments, cash, or checks.
It is possible to pay in installments.
There are two installment payment options :
PAYPAL PAYMENT WITHOUT FEES |
A first payment of €200 is required (non-refundable), sent via the “Friends & Family” option on PayPal. |
For the remaining payments, the schedule depends entirely on the buyer’s possibilities. There is no fixed amount or deadline for the subsequent payments. |
The doll will be shipped only once the total amount has been fully paid. |

An invoice will be sent directly to the buyer via PayPal, allowing them to select the “Pay in 4” option (more information available HERE) from their account. |
The buyer will then pay in 4 monthly installments, directly through PayPal. |
Please note: PayPal fees will be added to the total (3.4% of the full price). |
The doll will be shipped within the following days after the first installment is processed. |
I ship worldwide from France via Colissimo tracked + signature, with insurance included.
I do not under-declare packages for non-EU destinations.
Shipping takes 3–14 days, and you will receive your tracking number by email once sent.
No returns accepted.

Pullip, Taeyang, Isul, Yeolume (mostly second-hand now, as production was discontinued recently) and also Blythe and other models that I don’t always show ! I just love trying to customize everything.
