This is a sales announcement template so you can understand how my sales work !
Sales are usually announced 24 hours in advance on Instagram and on www.polkadollsfabrics.com
On the day of the sale, please go to www.polkadollsfabrics.com
The listings are visible about 30 minutes BEFORE the sale begins.
If you are interested in the doll available for adoption:
Click on the "I want to adopt her" button (on the right side of the screen if you're on a computer/tablet, or at the bottom of the page if you're on a phone). This will lead you to a form where you will enter your information. This allows me to prepare the invoice if you win the doll.
Fill in the required fields and wait until the sale time before submitting the form.
When the sale time begins, click "SEND".Please refer to the accurate current time in France: https://time.is/Paris
And… that’s it!
The first email I receive wins the doll!
If your email is the first one to arrive, you will receive a message titled "Congratulations!" to let you know you have won the sale. Then, you will receive a second message containing your invoice and payment instructions.
Once you receive the invoice, payment must be sent within one hour.Dolls cannot be reserved.
For more information, please check the drop-down menu (on the right side on computer/tablet or at the bottom of the listing on phone).
Feel free to browse the FAQ, or send me a message if your question isn't answered there!
How to buy a doll ?
Shipping fees must be added to the total price.
FRANCE : Colissimo tracked shipping with signature: 18 euros
EUROPE : Colissimo tracked shipping with signature: 25 euros
Worldwide : Please contact me to know the exact shipping cost
Important : Shipping to the United States is temporarily suspended.
I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Due to the current situation, shipping has become very complicated (extremely long transit times, parcels held in customs, or returned to France without explanation).
While waiting for conditions to improve, I have decided to pause shipments to the U.S.
Thank you for your understanding, and I’m truly sorry.
